Fragment removal from developing embryos

Copenhagen Fertility Center offers fragment removal from embryos with a large amount of fragmentation during IVF or ICSI treatment.

It has been shown, that fragments in the embryo during development might disturb the normal function of the embryo. By removing these fragments a subset of these embryos develop normal and produce pregnancies in the same range of success as non fragmented embryos.

Without removal of these fragments the implantation rate is low and so is the pregnancy rate.
