My husband is Danish and has lived in the U.S. with me for 10 years. We have recently undergone fertility testing after trying to conceive for 1.5 years. My husband has been diagnosed with low sperm count, though I have check out okay after undergoing a HSG fluid exam. I have tried 1 round of Clomid, 50mg with no success. Our physician has informed us that we are not good candidates for IUI, and that we should consider IVF. We have no health insurance for fertility treatment, so we would be responsible for $15,000 of medical expenses. What is the possibility of having an IVF procedure at your clinic and what would be our approximate expenses? We would be able to stay with our family in Denmark should we decide to come to Denmark for this procedure.

Yes we could treat you in our clinic. But please first call my secretary and book a free telephone consultation with me. The app. cost for 1 IVF cycle with ICSI (microinsemination) is 3000 $ and for medication 2.500 $

Great concern has been raised about fertility tourism because of the uncertainty of the quality in fertility clinic´s abroad. The EU commission issued a law in 2007 , "the EU tissue directive", which both Denmark and UK has implemented to ensure a high and acceptable quality in both countries fertility treatments.
