nearing 41 and informed the problem is Low Ovarian Reserve. Are there ANY alternatives to egg donation? Any ways to increase liklihood of conception (naturally or with medical intervention) with own eggs?

That depends on teh followng factors: have you had an antral follicular count done, a FSH on day 3 in your cycle and a AMH test ?
