I'm 21 years old and have vaginismus.I also have a short luteal phase of 8-9 days.I wonder how the insemination procedure is when I have vaginismus? I want it to as painless as possible. If I were to reciece a precription for something to take care of the defect phase,I don't think I can use that in my country,Sweden.How can we work around that?
