Even though I spoke to one of your doctors on the phone and learned that at the first try insemination is effected without (light) stimulation, and even considering the fact that I already have two children (youngest 8 years) I would like to ask whether with respect to my age - 41 - a light stimulation would increase the chances of becoming pregnant or would it just increase the "risk" of possibly having twins?

Great concern has been raised about fertility tourism because of the uncertainty of the quality in fertility clinic´s abroad. The EU commission issued a law in 2007 , "the EU tissue directive", which both Denmark and UK has implemented to ensure a high and acceptable quality in both countries fertility treatments.
